Nikki's art apparently is very impressive, but someone posted this video as "As Seen on CNN". You'll find comments like: creepy ... and the comments go on from there and they are NOT NICE so be prepared.

Nikki is awesome!! I've had several cakes by her for different occasions and they are as tasty as they are artistic. Oh and the sweet potato "thang"-- no description! :-)
