Missing Head Found

(Mesquite, Texas) – The missing head from Keep Mesquite Beautiful’s ladybug mascot has been turned in to the Mesquite Police Department.
It was brought in by a local mother who saw a report on the local news and realized her son had it in his bedroom. The details behind the theft are sketchy, but the parent reports her son said he found it and decided to take it home with him.
There was some minor damage to one of the costume’s antennae that will have to be repaired.
The mother will receive the $100 reward offered for the return of the head. Keep Mesquite Beautiful says it’s just happy to have the costume whole again.
