After suffering a season ending injury in late October, Cole Glasson is back in his karts and focusing on 2009 with the first National race coming up at the end of December in Daytona, Florida at the International Speedway. Cole will be competing against 50-60 of the nation’s best drivers in his class. His family leaves December 21st to travel to Florida and celebrate Christmas on the road.
The next two weekends, Cole will be spending the entire weekend at his local track, North Texas Kartway tuning the new engines for the big race as well as getting his arm back in shape to handle the extreme G force that his 50 pound body will go through while racing. Cole has added a few more dates to his race schedule below and will be completing the schedule in early January for the 2009 Race Season. Cole will be focused primarily on National level races with the STARS of Karting Series, Rotax Challenge Series and the World Karting Association Series to try and become nationally ranked in the top 10 spots.
