Friend and co-workers gathered together to say farewell to Rachelle Blackwell.  Rachelle has been employed at the City of DeSoto for 5 1/2 years.  She managed the City's PIP program, assited many department in the streamlining process.  She will take on the position of Efficiency Team Manager in the City Manager's Office in Downtown Dallas.

Friends came back to wish her well Walter Shumac from Benbrook, Camaron Smith and Jimmy Johnson flew in from Illinois, Patrick Harvey drove in from Glenn Heights and a host of co-workers from DeSoto.  Rachelle's willingness to help every department will be truly missed, but we know she will definitely be a positive for the City of Dallas.
