Cedar Hill Kite Fly

Over one hundred people gathered the afternoon of Sunday, April 13th to fly their kites at the Spring Kite Fly at ValleyRidgePark in Cedar Hill. It was a sunny but cold day and the wind was high but that did not stop families and people of all ages from coming out for a fun, relaxing afternoon of kite flying. The sky was filled with all makes, sizes, colors and shapes of kites.
The drawing for a Designer Kite, donated Rainbows 4 Sail owners Stan and Gloria Harmon, was won by Anthony Denson. The event is sponsored by the CedarHillParks and Recreation Department and Rainbows 4 Sail.
