My Interests:
Me in My Words: Current director of student media at SMU — publishers of The Daily Campus student newspaper & Rotunda yearbook — since July 2008. A former editor for neighborsgo and former director of student media at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2001-2007. I'm a proud Texas Tech alum and single Dad to the greatest 16-year-old in the world, Ryan.
Interests: all things outdoors (camping, fishing, hiking), sports (especially watching and coaching my son in baseball and basketball), snow skiing and traveling to & learning about historical sites.
Favorite Sports Teams: Mavs, Cowboys, Rangers, Texas Tech Red Raiders (my alma mater) and Richardson West High Junior High (where my son plays basketball and runs track)
Interesting things for other users to know: I was in media relations for 10 years with the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, CO and worked three Olympic Games -- 1992 Summer Games in Barcelona, 1996 Summer Games in Atlanta, GA and 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City, UT.
