My Interests:
Me in My Words: I have lived in Rockwall 31 years, and I was raised in Dallas. I have two children,a precious granddaughter, two yellow labs, and my husband died three years ago. I was a jounalist for 17 years with the Rockwall Success/Rowlett Record and the Dallas Morning News.
Interests: I love bridge, but had to give it up when I went back to work in 1987 (it was bridge or the kids - hard choice!!!). Old movies, mysteries, gardening, magazines, politics, cooking, shopping and get-togethers with family and friends top my list. Gam
Favorite Sports Teams: I still like the Cowboys, but I lost the thrill when Jerry Jones came on board. Love the Rangers, but haven't watched a game since my husband died.
Interesting things for other users to know: I love to travel in New England and the backroads of Texas. I hope some day to go to England. My best friend lives in Australia (New South Wales - and I miss her), but the cost and the time off to make the visit worth it keep me from going.
Favorite Movies: Max Dugan Returns, Terms of Endearment, The Thin Man, You've Got Mail, The Women (1940s version), The Dragonfly and several others I can't think of now!
