Time for cocktails and nibbles. Here's a menu with a variety of internationlly flavored ideas that are a little off the beaten track with do-ahead ideas for a relaxing evening for the hostess too. Do a few or make them all but definitely, have a ball! Menu includes; Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with Celery & Blue Cheese Dip, Cocktail Spoons of Hawaiian-Style Tuna Poke (tuna tartar), Lop Cheong & Black Mushroom Arancini (bite-sized fried rice balls with Chinese sausage & mushrooms), Lamb Souvlaki Skewers with Tzaziki Sauce and Michael Chiarello's Salsa di Parmegiano with Garlic Toasts.
