Yesterday my piano student and I decided that my kitty Ginger is not a traditional puddy cat, but a pushy cat. She wanted to help Emily play and give her artistic comment while on her lap. Although it did help Emily to keep her wrists higher we did opt to excuse Ginger pushy cat. Last week I was particularly delited when Alex told me her favortie piece was the "New World Sympathy." One does need sympathy to play a symphony so it works for me. LLL

yesterday a student asked if the theme song --March of the Marionette's was from the one from that Mayor of California guy, you know, Arnold somebody or other. I explained to her that it was actually Alfred Hitchcock's theme.Laughing 

Arnold can be a little scary at times.
