Will try to notify residents with view of the Fisher Road lot
lights = all of the east side, most of the west side south of Jackson
Point.
Should be able to address the following:
1. Whether non BMV is an issue at night in the parking lots and on the trail (BMV is largely daytime, so lights won't help)
2. Whether the lighting proposed is justified in this regard - and, if so, where
3. Whether other passive crime prevention technologies are preferable and less obtrusive - ie. security cameras, etc.
4. Whether to proceed with lighting at all as proposed - and if so, how and where
