It is that time of year again.....well, almost.

Well, it is the new year and we all have our resolutions....right?

For those looking for YOGA, Body Synergie has relocated to the Brookshire shopping center, 1103B Ridge Rd Rockwall, TX 75087  They are having an Open House on January 5th at 3:00pm. 

Starting January 5th a Free 30 minute class every Saturday at 11:30a.m. You will be given a handout and be introduced to the history and benefits of yoga, our classes and the props, 15 basic postures and ways you should modify them to fit your body and answer any questions you might have.

They strongly recommend anyone new to yoga to take this class before they start taking the normal classes.
