Healthy Feet with Smelly Issues:

Pitted Keriolysis is an issue similar to acne on one’s skin. It is a problem that causes white pits to form on the feet- microscopic, which is causing your smell.

The Home Remedies are to :

  1. Soak your feet for 30 minutes in a solution of tea (contains tannins that are plant polyphenols and are what shrink proteins. The tea solution is boiled in water for 15 minutes then placed in a basin and fill the rest with 2 pints of cool water.
  2. Apply acne solution with 10% benzoyl peroxide to the area. Since, the white pits are similar to acne issue.
  3. Apply not foot aerosol products because those just dissipate into the air but underarm deodorant, cheaper than the over the counter foot solutions, 2 times per day.
  4. Change your socks twice daily

 

Go for Pedicures regularly (males too!) with a paraffin wrap treatment- very nice. Once a month would be great, once at all would be beneficial.

I wrap my feet in honey, raw for 15 minutes propped up. It allows proper blood flow, its cheap and any varicose veins start to diminish.

 

Nutritionally: Increase Zinc supplements and decrease high animal fat proteins. Drink more water .

                        Decrease: Sugars

 

For Healthy Strong feet:

  1. Start calf raises while you brush your teeth.
  2. Point and flex the toe
  3. Roll the foot counterclockwise and clockwise for 30 seconds in and 30 seconds out
  4. Squats to calf raise
  5. Seated calf raise where you are in a squat and you will alternate the foot
  6. Reduce the amount of time you wear heels
  7. Go for more walks- about 20 minutes is great
