Several editions of neighborsgo, including Carrollton/Farmers Branch/Addison, recently premiered a young athletes photo section, SportShots.

Each week, we hope to spotlight young competitors, high school age and younger, in this regular feature. We want pictures, preferably action shots, of your kids, from tennis aces to chess masterminds, from drill team debutants to 5-year-old fly fishers.

If you’ve got pictures of them in action (and we know you do) we want to help you share them with your community.

You can get in the game by posting your photos. When you do, please include the athlete’s name and a little information about where the photo was taken in the caption.

SportShots is now featured in the C/FB/A, Southern Denton County, Coppell/Valley Ranch, Irving and Frisco editions of neighborsgo. 

Note: These pictures don't have to be of your child playing an organized sport -they can be as simple as a shot of them playing an impromptu game of basketball!
