As part of the Learn 2B Green series,David Owen, journalist and author of "Green Metropolis: Why Living Smaller, Living Closer, and Driving Less are the Keys to Sustainability,"will be guest speaker for the Irving Chautauqua program 2 p.m., March 13 at the Central Library, 801 W.
