Programs celebrating the Chinese New Year with storytimes and crafts will be presented at the following times and locations:
· 7 p.m., Feb. 4, Valley Ranch Live! at the Valley Ranch Library, 401 Cimarron Trail.
· 2 p.m., Feb. 13, Family Program at Southwest Branch Library, 2216 W. Shady Grove Road.
