The Irving Public Library and Young Adult Action Council invites teens, grades 6-12, to an after-hours Valentine's Day party from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12, at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd. From sentimental crafts to heart-breaking games, there is something for everyone. The program will feature a screening of a romanctic comedy starring Heath Ledger and Julia Stiles.
