Irving Blvd., will sponsor “All Wrapped Up,” free holiday gift wrapping services, entertainment and snacks for the public provided by the Young Adult Action Council (YAAC) on Dec. 19 between noon and 5 p.m. Choose from a unique selection of tags and gift wrap for a limit of 5 small or medium sized items per person.
