Marble gets desperate

Time is running out on Marble, the handsome Gordon Setter crossbreed, who has entered his ninth month of captivity at the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center.  He was first featured here on neighborsgo in February.

Marble, who was named for his piercing eyes, is a playful three-year-old neutered male who’s as smart as a whip and walks like a charm on a leash.  I’m completely baffled as to why no one seems to want him.  As playful as he is, I’m afraid his spirit is beginning to sag.  As Chris Valentine, the supervisor of the Rockwall Animal Services department told me, “It’s borderline animal cruelty to keep him in this environment for this long.”

This loving dog desperately needs a new home.  Find out more about Marble here.
