A great night out the Sr. Prom was awesome.  The night stated out with check-in at the newly opened Curtistene McCowan Middle School in Glenn Heights.  After being escorted into the ballroom and seated, you were able to go take a photo or sit and start enjoying your dinner.  The program started promtly and we were welcomed by Supertentent Treadwell and greeted by School Board President Janice Ingram.  The High School choir performed several selections and the The DeSoto Dream Girls came on stage and the crowd lost all composure and lost their minds.  The Dream Girls performed three numbers and as they left the stage the audience pleaded for more, more, more.  The evening ended with the crowning of the King and Queen and music kept the dance floor full.   Go ahead and mark you calendar for next year, you have been warned "You Don't Want To Miss the DISD 2008 Senior Prom.
