Green Elementary PTA announced a new effort to help keep children healthy so that they reach their full potential -- Let’s Fight Flu Together! “PTA is committed to helping keep children, parents, and the Allen community members healthy this school season,” said Stacia Butler, PTA president “Recognizing consequences to this disease, we are thrilled to offer our community the convenience of immunization on-site at the school.” Influenza vaccinations will be administered by a qualified health professional on-site at Green Elementary. The clinic will be held on November 13 from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Each vaccination will cost $30. Medicaid and Medicare Part B will be accepted from those who are eligible. Participants will also be able to receive additional tips on staying healthy during this influenza season.
