The talented performers of the Ringling Bros. astound audiences across the country with daring acts that require concentration, patience, timing, dexterity and courage! Did it ever cross your mind that much of what they do in The Greatest Show On Earth® also enables us to see many of the laws and principles of physics? In every show, circus performers use balance, counterbalance, wind resistance, gyroscopic stability and gravity to achieve their feats. At Science of the Circus, being presented free at the Museum of Nature & Science in Fair Park, children can explore these concepts firsthand as performers demonstrate circus skills ranging from juggling, balancing on a low wire, contortion and much more. Plus register to win free tickets to see Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Bellobration at American Airlines Center in Dallas.
