The Labyrinth Ministry of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration will host an open labyrinth walk on Sunday, June 29, from 2-5 p.m. The public is invited to come between these hours for a time of reflection and meditation. The church is located at 14115 Hillcrest Road (at the Spring Valley intersection) in Dallas. The labyrinth is located inside the church, adjacent to the sanctuary. The Fig Labyrinth Ministry hosts a themed walk every fifth Sunday; June’s topic is “Taking Stock.” Handouts with questions to consider on this focus, as well as general handouts about using the labyrinth as a spiritual tool, will be available. Members of the ministry will be present to answer questions and provide information. Newcomers to labyrinth walking should plan on approximately an hour for the walk.
