Local chef, Jeff Moschetti joins Dallas’ culinary elite at the upcoming Taste of the Nation event, where top chefs gather to help fight childhood hunger. Moschetti of Landmark Restaurant at The Warwick Melrose Dallas Hotel will serve Tamales with Spanish Braised Pork Shank and White Peach Salsa and would love to tempt Dallas residence taste buds with a sneak peek of his recipe. Attendance matters!
