The Achievement Center of Texas (ACT) is actively seeking golfers, both teams and individuals, to join us for the second annual Harvey Martin Memorial Golf Tournament at Prestonwood Country Club (15909 Preston Road, Dallas, TX 75248) on Monday, June 30, 2008. Celebrities, who have signed on to play golf in support of ACT, include former Dallas Cowboys, Preston Pearson, Mel Renfro, Everson Walls, Michael Downs and Pro Basketball player, Ira Terrell. This unique golf experience will feature an 8 a.m. shot gun start, door prizes, a silent auction and awards. The second Harvey Martin Humanitarian award will be presented to Berry "Family" Services. All proceeds from the golf tournament will benefit the students of ACT.
