From 5 pm: FREE Family Fiesta! with Latin American storytelling, folkloric dance workshops from Chile / Spain / Mexico, Capoeira (Brazilian martial arts), mimes and Afro-Latino drumming. At 8 pm: 2nd Annual Fiesta Latinoamericana! An exciting show with dance, live music and theater by 14 local arts groups, based on works by poets from Mexico, Spain, Chile and Argentina. Food will be available for purchase, and coolers, lawn chairs and picnics are welcome. The Fiesta Latinoamericana is sponsored by the City of Plano, Univision 23 and Al Dia.
