The McKinney Repertory Theatre presents the Second Annual “McKinney Has Talent,” a showcase of local talent sponsored by Valliance Bank. Semi-Finals are on Friday, April 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Finals are on Saturday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m., both at the McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC), 111 North Tennessee Street, McKinney, TX. This event is to raise awareness of the performing arts by increasing the talent pool of performers to contribute to McKinney’s growing arts district. Our goal is to advance the artistic efforts of children and adults in Collin County and provide quality entertainment to Collin County and surrounding areas. Semi-Finalists are to be chosen from contestants during Auditions held previously. These Semi-Finalists will compete before a panel of Judges (including members of MRT, the media and the McKinney community) for a place in the Finals. Finalists will then compete for audience votes the following evening, hoping to win grand prize ($500), 2n
