Beginning at 9:00 Diane Fanning, Terry Burns, Jim Henderson, Dave McNeely, Sandra Glahn, Martha Hannah, Larry Dowell, Kerry Max Cook, Carlton Stowers, Tom Dodge, Evelyn Palfry, Janis Susan May, Paula LaRocque, and Lorey Hayes will be presenting a variety of workshops. Join us at 12:00 for keynote speaker Travis Hunter, author and founder of The Hearts of Men Foundation. The event is free, but there is a $15 charge for a box lunch provided by Jessica's Garden Tea Room. Local high school students will present their own short stories and poetry at 9:00. At 3:30 there will be a question and answer sessions with authors and speakers. Books will be provided by Barnes & Noble and there will be an opportunity to obtain autographs. You won't want to miss the 5th Annual Best Southwest Bookfest presented by the libraries of Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster and UNT Dallas Campus!
