In this relaxing and hands-on workshop, couples will learn to give each other a full-body massage. Lecturing will be kept to a minimum and will emphasize massage techniques and communication skills needed to explore this new way of relaxing. Lessons will be lighthearted and will include different techniques to help soothe aches and pains or to develop relaxation. Class participants will need to dress comfortably and bring to class two flat sheets and a small pillow. Class enrollment is limited to the first FOUR COUPLES, so sign up early!
