Neighborhood gathering at Kramer Elementary School. Neighbors gather to watch and visit while our parade of children on bikes, skates,scooters and legs, joined by a fire Engine, and some spiffy cars, dogs dressed with patriotic ribbons. Scouts do the salute to our flag and patriotic music.
