The Family Place of Dallas will host a Teen Dating Camp for girls ages 12-16. The classes will be presented every day at 1 p.m. from July 12-16 at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd. Students will learn how to have healthy dating relationships, work out disagreements and establish boundaries. Registration is required. For more information, call (972) 721-2458.

Celebrate the start of summer and Texas Teens Read (TTR.10) with an after-hours gaming marathon for teens 5 to 10 p.m. June 4 at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd.  Pizza, snacks, and drinks will be provided and prizes will be awarded. For more information, call (972) 721-2606.  Sponsored by the Anime Club and the Young Adult Action Council.

Teens, grades 6-12 are invited to the Northwest Branch Library, 2928 N. Belt Line Road, on May 11 at 5:30 p.m. for a movie and popcorn. This month’s film will feature Robert Downey Jr. starring in the role of a high-tech weapons tycoon who develops a superpower suit to fight terrorism, only to discover he may need it closer to home. Teens, grades 6-12, are invited to view back-to-back modern feature films based on Shakespeare’s classic comedies at 5:30 p.m. on April 13 at the Northwest Branch Library, 2928 N. Belt Line Rd. For more information on these movies, starring Heath Ledger and Amanda Bynes, call (972) 721- 2691.

Teens, grades 6-12, will get a chance to transform recyclables into unique works of art, creating everything from picture frames to jewelry to wallets at 1 p.m. March 18 at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd. This event is sponsored by the Young Adult Action Council (Y.A.A.C.).

Teens, grades 6-12, will learn how to recycle magazines into decorative coiled bowls and containers on March 16 at 5:30 p.m. at the Northwest Branch Library, 2928 N. Belt Line Road.
